Festival Director
In addition to being the NCLA coordinator for Central Luzon and former University of the Philippines Pampanga director, Juliet C. Mallari has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and is a specialist in Kapampangan literature. She is also a coffee-table book writer, a biographer, and a Pampanga cultural worker.






Deputy Festival Director
Anna Felicia C. Sanchez is an assistant professor at U.P. Diliman and is the present deputy director of the U.P. Institute of Creative Writing. She has attended the U.P., Silliman and Iligan workshops as a fellow for fiction. Her written work includes the NCCA Ubod chapbook Frog Leap and Other Stories and three chick lit novellas published under the name Anna Ishikawa.




Head of the Secretariat
Eva Garcia-Cadiz has been the administrative officer of LIKHAAN: The U.P. Institute of Creative Writing since 2006. She is a graduate of U.P.'s B.A. Malikhaing Pagsulat program and is currently finishing her M.A. in Philippine Studies. She has also been the official coordinator of several NCCA projects, including the first Taboan Writers Festival, tribute to National Artists for Literature, Panitikan.com.ph, and Akdang Buhay: The Writerly Life.








Documentation Assistant
Piya Constantino is a freelance illustrator/graphic artist and photographer who is a graduate of UP's BA Comparative Literature and BFA Visual Communication, and is currently taking up her MA in Art Theory and Criticism. http://ingaybiswal.blogspot.com










Operations Assistant
Roilingel P. Calilung graduated from Holy Angel University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science. He first worked as a preschool librarian at St. Scholastica’s Academy, Pampanga and was assigned, after a year, as the Grade School Librarian-Officer in Charge. In 2010, he was appointed as Head of the High School Learning Resource Center.  He also worked at Adamson University, Manila as Library Services Librarian and Far Easter University, Manila as Periodicals Librarian. He earned his Master’s degree in Education Specialization in Library Science from Philippine Normal University, Manila in 2011.  At present, he is the Head of the Technical Service Unit of Angeles City Library and Information Center.
